What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Tracking numbers will be sent out as soon as your shipping label is created and UPDATED/ SCANNED once it reaches the Post Office. If you do not receive an update within 2 business days of recieving your tracking number please contact us at customerservice@itsyourcown.com and I will be sure to look into the matter. 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We do not offer refunds for purchases, but we do off exchanges and store credit for any reason at all up to 5 days after the items are delivered. The customer is held responsible for all shipping costs. If an order was incorrect please be sure to email us and I will send out a replacement item immediately. 


Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty, but you must cancel your order BEFORE it ships. If the item is already sent then you are only able to exchange the item or get store credit. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address simply email us  at help@itsyourcrown.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. If it is after 24 hours or your item has already shipped then we must wait for the item to be returned to us through mail and at that time we can reship it to you.


How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary. We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship out all products. Our products dimensions align with the postal services First Class Mail option which means all products should be received in 5 business days. Please note once the items are out of my possession I am NOT responsible for any damaged caused by USPS.
